A particularly important international visit took place at the Nefrontida Nephrology Center, as we had the honor of welcoming representatives of the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association / European Renal Care Association (EDTNA/ERCA). Their visit offered an excellent opportunity for a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences.
We were delighted to host Ms. Aneta Trzcińska, from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland — President of the Polish Society of Nephrology Nurses and EDTNA/ERCA Brand Ambassador in Poland — as well as Ms. Anna Kliś, also from the same university. They were accompanied by Ms. Despo Theodorou, EDTNA/ERCA Brand Ambassador in Cyprus.
During their visit, we had the opportunity to give them a tour of our facilities, present the operation of our Center, and engage in a constructive and meaningful discussion on key topics in nephrology — such as the quality of life of hemodialysis patients and the promotion of organ donation and transplantation.
We warmly thank them for their visit, their time, and the valuable insights they shared with us.
